Job Summary:
Provide outpatient rehabilitative services to diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients, to improve functional mobility and reduce pain. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as gross motor assessments, orthopaedic and neuro therapies, and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and maintenance strategies.
• Document all clinical activities accurately within the electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess 1+ years of clinical experience or be a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pediatric orthopaedics, neuro, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Exhibit strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain adherence to all compliance and billing protocols.
