Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.
