Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for emergency room coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ER experience and possess current licensure in California, along with required certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Document all patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in Epic or similar EHR systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Complete all required modules and training during orientation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license.
• Possess BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications issued by AHA or American Red Cross.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience.
• Be able to pass lab work within 3-5 days of signing and provide current Nursys verification.
• Provide references from within the past year and a clear work history spanning 7 years.
