Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver high-quality patient assessments, interventions, and patient education to ensure optimal safety and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer emergency treatments and medications following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient interactions and clinical findings accurately in the electronic health record.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical standards, certifications, and hospital policies.
• Assist in patient stabilization and coordinate transfers when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Current California RN licensure and valid certifications including BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience, including weekend shifts.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Ability to pass lab work within 3-5 days of signing and provide recent Nursys verification.
• Demonstrated background check clearance with no prior DUIs or background hits.
• Successful completion of work history verification covering the past 7 years.
