Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced trauma environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a community hospital setting.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess conditions, and document findings accurately in Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and coordinate effective interventions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active SC or Compact RN license in hand prior to start date.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Obtain and maintain ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Possess Epic electronic health record system experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) and every other weekend.
• Capable of adhering to community hospital standards and protocols.
