Job Summary:
The ER RN is responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires quick decision-making and exceptional clinical skills to stabilize and treat patients with urgent health issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, including code blue and trauma cases.

Qualifications:

• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, and PALSC certifications.
• Epic electronic health record experience required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
• First-time travelers accepted with ER experience; must meet all licensure and certification requirements.
