Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing routine computed tomography procedures to aid in patient diagnosis. This role requires maintaining high standards of imaging quality while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all routine CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Strictly adhere to safety standards, including licensure and certifications.
• Manage approximately 20 cases per day with efficiency and accuracy.
• Document all procedures accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Comply with travel and scheduling policies, including submitting time-off requests and adhering to holiday requirements.
• Float within skillset as needed, ensuring patient ratios are maintained based on acuity.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ or Compact State license required at time of submission.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification must be current and active.
• Minimum of 1-year recent experience in CT imaging.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC or comparable charting systems.
• Ability to work night shifts with every other weekend commitment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills, with de-escalation training for behavioral health settings.
