Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic care in a rural clinic setting. The role involves managing a diverse patient population with various diagnoses, primarily orthopedic, supporting a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients based on their diagnoses and individual needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately using the designated charting system.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to optimize patient care and clinic operations.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including background checks, certifications, and licensing standards.
• Maintain current certifications, including AHA BLS and state or compact licensure.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid TN license or compact license and current BLS certification.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience, preferably with EPIC charting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Redoc/Net Health or similar charting systems.
• Be able to pass a competency exam and meet background screening requirements.
• Be willing to work Monday-Friday or adopt a 4x10 schedule without on-call or holiday commitments.
• Show strong communication and teamwork skills.
