Job Summary:
The IR Tech is responsible for assisting with interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment functionality. They collaborate closely with medical staff to deliver high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced imaging equipment such as GE Innova and Philips biplane systems during procedures.
• Prepare patients and equipment for interventional procedures, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist radiologists during procedures by positioning patients and handling necessary instruments.
• Maintain documentation using Meditech and MAC Lab systems accurately.
• Adhere to safety standards and call rotation requirements for on-call coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT R.T.(R) credential with a proven background in radiologic technology.
• Demonstrate neuro procedure experience working in interventional radiology.
• Possess current ACLS certification.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and work independently.
