Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on stepdown care. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered services in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring safety and optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physicians’ orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical needs continuously.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical data thoroughly and timely.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a PCU, IMC, or stepdown setting.
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Demonstrated competence in patient monitoring technology and documentation systems.
