Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit/IMC/Stepdown. Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor patient status and deliver exceptional patient-centered services during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical needs regularly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown environment.
• Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Strong understanding of acute care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts effectively.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
