Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a Burn ICU unit. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based clinical services to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing procedures, including ventilator management and CRRT when applicable.
• Monitor patient status, assess needs, and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech electronic system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies, unit guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Maintain certifications such as BLS and ACLS and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU, PCU, or step-down experience.
• Proven competence in ICU procedures, ventilator, and specialty bed management.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in critical care settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to work minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule.
