Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit at a busy medical facility. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and comfort for all patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and utilize telemetry equipment for cardiac patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Document all clinical interventions accurately using Meditech system.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Possess 2+ years of recent Med/Surg or PCU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with IV placement, wound care, and surgical drain maintenance.
• Maintain BLS certification at all times.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a clinical setting.
