Job Summary:

Operating Room Nurses are responsible for providing comprehensive patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. They ensure patient safety, coordinate surgical activities, and communicate expected outcomes to patients and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing operating rooms and ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are sterile and ready.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition throughout the surgical process.
• Provide support and education to patients regarding surgical procedures and recovery expectations.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to execute procedures efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) experience.
• Valid NCCT certification required.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient care standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
