Omaha, NE: Holiday Lights Festival
Grab a cup of hot chocolate and take a walk in Downtown Omaha to participate in fun activities and view 40 blocks of festive light displays from Nov. 22, 2018 to Jan. 6, 2019. For more info, click here.
New York, NY: Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony
What’s more iconic than to be on assignment in New York City during the Holiday season! Stop by the Rockefeller Plaza to ice skate, shop, and see one of the tallest trees in the country. Lafayette, LA: Cajun & Creole Christmas Celebrations
Ever heard of a Cajun Christmas? Well you’ve probably never been in Louisiana during the holidays. In Lafayette on Nov. 18, 2018 – Dec. 31, 2018, there are Christmas parades, tree lighting ceremonies, caroling, and shopping to keep you entertained all season long. There is also a light show called Noel Acadien Au Village in Lafayette where there are over 500,000 lights lighting up the night sky. Arlington, TX: Enchant Christmas
Looking for an all-in-one Christmas event? Then Arlington is where to go! With a Christmas artisans market, an ice-skating trail, and 2 acres of light displays, you won’t run out of Christmas spirit. This event opens on Nov. 23rd, 2018 and runs through Dec. 30th, 2018.
Newport Beach, California: Newport Beach Christmas Light Parade
If you love boats and Christmas light displays – look no further! The town of Newport has lights of all shapes and sizes and there is a tour that takes people on boats around the bay to look at the festive scenery. The tours take place on Dec. 19th to the 23rd. If you just want to walk around to view the colorful lights, the lights are up all month long in December. For more info, click here.
