Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist (CT) must hold an active Hawaii license and ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, performing diagnostic imaging procedures in an acute hospital setting. The role requires independent operation of CT equipment, adherence to radiologist protocols, and maintaining patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex CT scans following radiologist protocols accurately.
• Operate Canon/Toshiba CT units and Vitrea workstation for image acquisition and processing.
• Establish IV access via venipuncture and perform procedures such as biopsies or drainages when applicable.
• Maintain infection control standards, including flu vaccination requirements, and ensure compliance with facility policies.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care during imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license.
• Possess ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
• Maintain BLS certification and meet State of Hawaii licensing requirements.
• Have a minimum of two years' experience in an acute hospital environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, and vascular procedures.
• Capable of working independently without supervision and adapting to shift variations.
