Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to provide high-quality patient care during 12-hour evening shifts. The role involves managing a diverse caseload with a focus on acute patient needs and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, ensuring accurate assessment and documentation.
• Implement treatment plans in accordance with physician directives and hospital policies.
• Assist with patient stabilization and coordinate emergency interventions quickly and efficiently.
• Utilize Epic electronic health records system to document care, test results, and patient progress.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure and valid state nursing license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system preferred.
