Job Summary:
Provide high-quality obstetric and postpartum nursing care to support mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess maternal and fetal health status throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, progress, and care provided.
• Educate patients and family members on childbirth procedures, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with active and unrestricted credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in obstetric and neonatal emergency procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
