Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement patient-centered treatment plans to improve mobility and functional ability. This role requires expertise in acute care settings and the ability to manage a high volume of patient visits.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately using Epic system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on continuing care and exercises.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and unexpired Driver’s License to meet transportation requirements.
• Proven experience in acute care therapy environments.
• Current State Physical Therapist license or appropriate credential.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload with efficiency and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Epic documentation system preferred.
