Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced trauma and stroke center environment. The RN will perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Perform accurate patient assessments, including vital signs, triage, and clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols and physician orders.
• Utilize advanced procedures and equipment, such as Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and Cerner documentation systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing coaching and real-time feedback to colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, including documentation, protocols, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with active certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma or comprehensive stroke center emergency department.
• Demonstrate proficiency with emergency procedures, trauma protocols, and high-volume patient care.
• Maintain current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications prior to employment.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, flexibility, and excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
