Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans promoting optimal recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and identify appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based clinical techniques and tools.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Document patient progress and clinical treatments accurately within established deadlines.
• Supervise and collaborate with assigned rehabilitation assistants and support staff.
• Communicate treatment plans, progress, and discharge instructions effectively to patients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate at least two years of recent outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy experience.
• Be proficient in clinical evaluation, documentation, and patient care planning.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with interdisciplinary providers.
