Job Summary:
Assist patients in their daily activities and provide essential healthcare support in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through diligent caregiving and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Support patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately.
• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities and clinical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility standards.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Recognize the importance of patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
• Possess a valid CNA certification or license.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of clinical procedures and patient care techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show flexibility to work every other weekend as part of the schedule.
• Be able to bring a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
