Job Summary:
The Orthopedics Office Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care for patients within an outpatient setting, following established medical guidelines and hospital policies. This full-time role involves coordinating patient care and supporting clinical support staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to deliver optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records detailing patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
• Offer emotional support and advocate for patient rights, ensuring respectful and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Possess current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications.
• Have at least some professional nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment. (New grads are not eligible.)
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clinical equipment.
• Be willing to relocate to New Hampshire (serious inquiries only).
