Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Medical Assistant (MA) to perform clinical, administrative, and patient care duties in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and uphold high standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform EKGs, lab tests, PFT, and audiometry as ordered by physicians.
• Admit patients, record vital signs, medical and medication histories, and allergies.
• Maintain laboratory quality controls and adhere to CLIA regulations.
• Document treatments, telephone contacts, and laboratory results accurately.
• Manage examination rooms, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
  -schedule patient appointments, update patient information, and process referrals and reports.

Qualifications:

• Active High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an approved program or two years of relevant experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone manners.
• Demonstrate adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to handle diversified responsibilities with professionalism.
