Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and overall well-being. Ensure adherence to clinical standards while supporting departmental operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical capabilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, procedures, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress, treatment activities, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Float to various units or departments as required to meet staffing and patient care demands.
• Uphold patient safety and adhere to all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license within the state of Nebraska.
• Possess American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Demonstrate experience in clinical assessment and therapeutic treatment modalities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Be adaptable to floating to different units or departments based on operational needs.
• Maintain professional accountability and compliance with healthcare regulations.
