Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/CLS) to perform clinical chemistry testing in a large laboratory setting. The role involves working with Abbott Alinity ci-series instruments and Epic Beaker LIS system, ensuring quality and accuracy in test results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized chemistry tests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and troubleshoot Abbott Chemistry instruments and associated laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies through departmental orientation and ongoing training.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure laboratory workflow continuity.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and instrument maintenance.
• Follow shift schedules, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as ASCP or AMT in Medical Laboratory Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a large clinical laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with Abbott Alinity ci-series instrumentation preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, solid communication skills, and ability to perform consistently.
• Knowledge of Epic Beaker LIS system and general laboratory procedures.
• Ability to work independently after orientation and training.
