Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units. Monitor patient health, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration.
• Document patient responses and update medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
