Job Summary:
Provide specialized patient care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for adult patients requiring close monitoring and treatment. Deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to support patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical patient care.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with excellent clinical judgment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
