Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled RN specialized in Critical Care to provide expert patient care in a demanding ICU environment. This 13-week travel assignment requires dedication and clinical excellence to support patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously to identify changes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and utilize advanced equipment to ensure optimal patient stability.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care efforts.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ICU equipment and protocols.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work 7pm to 7am shifts, three days per week.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
