Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced trauma center. The ideal candidate will have Level I trauma experience and be comfortable managing a high patient ratio.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias, ensuring prompt treatment when necessary.
• Administer continuous IV sedation and procedural sedation as required.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state RN license, with MI license active by start date.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications; ENPC preferred.
• Have at least 2 years of ER experience, including Level I trauma center.
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpretation of dysrhythmias and trauma management.
• Experience with EPIC electronic charting system is preferred.
• Able to provide proof of high school education or higher.
