Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room provides critical nursing care to patients requiring urgent attention. They coordinate patient assessments, administer treatments, and ensure quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding post-treatment care and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license.
• Proven experience in emergency or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
