Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced X-Ray Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures within a busy radiology department. The candidate will provide quality imaging services while adhering to safety protocols and department guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform adult outpatient and acute care X-ray procedures, including bedside and portable imaging.
• Operate PACS imaging system and ensure accurate charting using Allscripts or similar platforms.
• Follow infection control protocols, including isolation precautions and PPE.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs and optimize imaging workflows.
• Maintain competency in various imaging modalities such as general radiography, orthopedic, and extremity imaging.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding RTO requests and scheduling to ensure department coverage.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (R) certification and current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent X-Ray Technologist experience in adult outpatient and acute care settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in portable, bedside, and general diagnostic radiography procedures.
• Have experience with PACS systems and familiarity with Allscripts or similar charting software.
• Possess active licensing/registration prior to start date.
• Capable of following strict infection control and isolation protocols.
