Job Summary:
Provides personal nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse. Assists with activities of daily living and supports patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to activities of daily living, including assisting with nutrition, hydration, elimination, and personal care.
• Take vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure and report findings to the RN.
• Help patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Conduct clerical duties like managing patient reports and documentation.
• Use organizational and prioritization skills to ensure smooth unit operations.
• Provide assessment data, including patient responses and vital signs, within scope of practice.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider required.
• Must hold a valid nursing license in the state of assignment.
• At least two years of recent experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle fast-paced clinical environments.
