Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN to join our Family Birth Place Team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based care across L&D, OR, PACU, and postpartum, supporting approximately 60 deliveries per month and caring for babies 32 weeks and up.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate patient care for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients.
• Assist with surgical procedures in the OR during deliveries.
• Provide couplet care to mother and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs, progress, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and educate patients and their families throughout the birthing experience.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Colorado RN license or Colorado compact license.
• Possess AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification.
• Demonstrate current experience in Labor & Delivery, including charge nurse responsibilities.
• Have at least 1 year of recent L&D RN experience.
• Be available for 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and limited RTO.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
