Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients in a fast-paced unit. Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through clinical expertise and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to any emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately.
• Educate family members on neonatal care and discharge procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state or pending license accepted, with license in hand by the start date.
• BLS certification required; NRP certification must be in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 13 weeks of experience in NICU or pediatric intensive care.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Must adhere to hospital policies including travel compliance requirements.
