Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed RN with oncology experience to provide specialized care on a designated oncology unit. This position involves caring for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions, including bone marrow transplant and chemo administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and electrolytes, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance.
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and laboratory results accurately.
• Implement neutropenic precautions and maintain strict infection control measures.
• Assist with dressing changes, line care, and medication administration as per protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Proven oncology or hematology nursing background.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Skilled in IV therapy, line management, and chemo administration.
• Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible night shifts.
• Compassionate personality with strong clinical judgment.
