Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced hospital environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective treatment for both adult and pediatric patients requiring urgent attention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patients' conditions upon arrival in the Emergency Department.
• Administer emergency interventions and monitor patient responses.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record system (EPIC).
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain readiness to respond to critical incidents and trauma situations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold current and active RN licensure in Ohio.
• Possess ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate experience with the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Prefer candidates with a BSN and TNCC certification.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications prior to start date.
• Comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.
