Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializes in Medical Surgical care to provide high-quality patient treatment in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing services and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physicians' orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Have at least 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hold current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.
