Job Summary:
The Radiation Therapy Tech is responsible for delivering precise radiation treatments to patients under the supervision of radiation oncologists. This role ensures accurate setup, safety, and documentation for each patient session to support effective cancer care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments following prescribed protocols.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures, addressing any issues promptly.
• Document treatment details accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all radiation safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in radiation therapy.
• Hold valid AHA BLS certification.
• Credentialed with ARRT (RRT) in radiation therapy.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Must be able to work 8a-4:30p, Monday through Friday.
