Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Cardiac Cath Lab/EP specialty to provide specialized cardiovascular care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role involves supporting complex procedures and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs during cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist cardiologists and electrophysiologists with interventions such as TAVR, PFO, Atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, Impella, and IABP.
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures using MacLab and Meditech systems.
• Follow strict hospital policies for patient safety, infection control, and procedural protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide advanced cardiac life support as needed.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to unit-specific guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proven expertise in PCI, PFO, Impella, IABP, and related cardiovascular procedures.
• Strong background in patient assessment, critical thinking, and team collaboration.
• Ability to work self-scheduled shifts within department guidelines.
• Must be licensed in the state of Florida or eligible for licensure.
