Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician with Cardiac Catheterization experience to support a busy short-term acute care facility. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and be adaptable to float between multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform catheterization procedures and assist during cardiac and electrophysiology interventions.
• Maintain sterile technique as a scrub technologist and operate specialized equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and procedural success.
• Complete required documentation accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Participate in orientation and continuous competency assessments.

Qualifications:

• Hold certification as a Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT), RCIS, or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist.
• Possess 18 months of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting; 2 years preferred.
• Be willing to float within scope to multiple hospital locations.
• Have current ACLS and BLS certifications; RCIS preferred.
• Hold and maintain active healthcare license valid in the state.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
