Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for night shift (3x12 hour nights) in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide specialized patient care to cardiac patients and ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs frequently.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to facilitate cardiac interventions and recoveries.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and health management.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience, preferably with cardiac or telemetry skills.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to handle high patient acuity and multitask efficiently.
• Experience with cardiac procedures such as stent placement, pacemaker implant, or cardiac surgery preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety and compliance standards.
