Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our operating room team. The role involves providing high-quality perioperative care across a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver bedside care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Pass and operate surgical arms and equipment, ensuring proper handling for robotic surgeries.
• Maintain sterile techniques and support surgeons during open and minimally invasive procedures.
• Document all patient care activities accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with surgical team members, including techs, charge nurses, and physicians, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to shift-specific schedules, including day, evening, night, and on-call rotations, while supporting floating requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with 2-3 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Previous travel assignment experience in a hospital operating room setting.
• Proven ability to pass arms in and out for robotic surgeries (e.g., Da Vinci).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
• Ortho experience and trauma/surgical case management preferred.
