Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with pediatric experience to provide comprehensive nursing care in a medical-surgical pediatric setting. The candidate will engage in patient education, diabetic care, and ensure safety and well-being of young patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care and monitor pediatric patients in a medical-surgical environment.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, diabetic management, and pump usage.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Proven pediatric nursing experience, preferably within a medical-surgical setting.
• Strong patient education skills, including diabetic pump management.
• Experience working with diabetic patients and familiarity with diabetic pumps.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with no weekend or floating requirements.
• Willingness to work during holiday periods as needed.
