Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with specialized training in OR circulation to join our Labor & Delivery team. The RN will provide exceptional nursing care for patients during childbirth in a newly renovated Women's Health Center.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in labor and delivery procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Manage and document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Uphold infection control standards and maintain sterile environments during procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RN licensure with current certification in Louisiana.
• Possess OR circulation training and relevant labor and delivery experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Comply with Joint Commission accreditation standards.
