Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services in a dedicated center, managing an existing caseload of pediatric patients. This role requires collaboration within a team to deliver high-quality therapy and ensure patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients based on clinical assessments.
• Deliver therapy interventions and monitor patient responses to adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately within EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and facility policies, including BLS certification.
• Manage a full outpatient caseload, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio license and registration as a licensed Physical Therapist (cannot be in process).
• Minimum of two years of recent pediatric rehabilitation experience.
• Proficiency in the use of EPIC EMR system.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
• BLS certification required prior to start date.
