Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical/Telemetry units to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility with shift schedules and the ability to float within the hospital as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active PA or Compact nursing license required at submission.
• Must have BLS and ACLS certifications in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night or day shifts; willing to float within the hospital.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Cerner preferred.
