Seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA for assignment within a Long-Term Care facility. The candidate will provide essential nursing assistance and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support infection control protocols by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized resident care.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding resident safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in New Hampshire.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Demonstrates compassion and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must comply with facility vaccination and identification requirements.
