Job Summary:
Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care in a high patient ratio environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status and record significant changes or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members regarding care needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and documentation protocols, including relevant certifications.
• Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning and updates.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid or pending nursing license, with the ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of LTC or SNF experience preferred; 1-year considered case by case.
• Ability to manage high patient ratios (1:22-44) comfortably.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Successful completion of required orientation and testing.
