Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to inpatient clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and home programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid occupational therapy license or certification.
• Possess recent inpatient or acute care experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain CPR and BLS certifications as required.
